What This Tool Does

ATS Friendly Resume Optimization is a free tool that helps you tailor your resume to job descriptions using AI. You paste or upload your resume and a job description, and the tool generates an optimized version.

Data We Collect

We do not store your data.

• Your resume text and files are processed in memory and discarded immediately after generating your output.
• Job descriptions are processed the same way — never saved.
• No user accounts, no login, no cookies, no tracking pixels.
• We do not sell, share, or retain any personal information from your resume.

Third-Party Services

• Google Gemini AI — Your resume and job description are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. Google's API data usage policy applies to this processing. We use the API in a way that does not train their models on your data.
• LaTeX compilation service — If you choose PDF output, your generated LaTeX code is sent to a compilation service to produce the PDF. No personal data beyond the resume content is sent.
• Vercel Analytics — We collect anonymous page view counts (no personal data, no cookies, no IP tracking).

What We Don't Do

• We don't create user accounts or profiles.
• We don't store resumes, job descriptions, or generated outputs.
• We don't use cookies or track you across the web.
• We don't sell data to anyone.
• We don't send marketing emails (we don't have your email).

Rate Limiting

We use your IP address solely to enforce rate limits (preventing abuse). This is stored temporarily in memory and is not logged or persisted.
