1. What This Tool Is

ATS Friendly Resume Optimization (“the Tool”) is a free, AI-powered service that helps users optimize their resumes for job applications. It is provided by Tabish Ali (“we”, “us”) on an “as-is” basis.

2. No Guarantees

The Tool uses artificial intelligence to suggest resume improvements. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or suboptimal suggestions. By using this Tool, you acknowledge that:

  • AI output is not a substitute for professional career advice.
  • We do not guarantee that using this Tool will result in job interviews, offers, or any specific outcome.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before submitting it to any employer.
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated resume content, including but not limited to rejected applications, misrepresented qualifications, or missed opportunities.

3. Your Responsibilities

By using this Tool, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your own qualifications and experience.
  • Review all AI-generated output for accuracy before using it.
  • Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials based on AI suggestions.
  • Not use the Tool to generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive resumes.
  • Not use the Tool for mass generation, spamming, or any automated bulk activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use this Tool to:

  • Generate resumes in bulk for commercial purposes or resale.
  • Automate requests via scripts, bots, or any non-human means.
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or abuse the service.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI prompts or logic.
  • Use the Tool for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to rate-limit or block access to users who violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Tool. This includes, without limitation:

  • Loss of employment opportunities.
  • Damages resulting from inaccurate AI-generated content.
  • Any reliance placed on the output of this Tool.
  • Service interruptions, errors, or unavailability.

You use this Tool entirely at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The resumes generated by this Tool are based on content you provide. You retain ownership of your personal information and resume content. We claim no ownership over the output generated for you.

The Tool itself, including its design, code, prompts, and underlying logic, remains our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or reverse-engineered.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
